Acadia National Park offers hikes for all skill levels. Exploring the park on foot offers up close (or aerial!) views of the stunning scenery. 

Ocean Path is an easy hike along the water between Sand Beach and Otter Point. Stop en route to take in the action at Thunder Hole!

The Jordan Pond Loop Trail follows the shore of the tranquil pond. After your walk, enjoy popovers and tea at Jordan Pond House.

The paved Cadillac Mountain Summit loop trail is an easy walk in a very scenic part of the park. Sunrise is a popular time here.

Gorham Mountain is a moderate hike that offers spectacular views over Otter Cliff, Otter Point, and the Cranberry Isles.

The Great Head Trail rises up into the cliffs above scenic Sand Beach for beautiful views of the water and beach from above. 

The Precipice Trail is one of the most challenging trails in Acadia National Park, featuring iron rungs and ladders, and exposed ledges.
